This is the first time im writing here to report SAV.com here because I have no way out and pushed by them .

If you don't want to lose your domains or your money, my advice is to transfer out all your domains from SAV to a secure registrar as soon as possible.

I'm reporting this here because they're driving me crazy!!!I

Initially ，I trusted SAV as a safe and reliable platform and had many domains with them, so I chose to register an $808 premium domain with them as well.

However, due to their terrible systems, the domain registration failed. I emailed their customer services, and they kept telling me to wait patiently. Each reply was just apologetic, thank you, or an offer to escalate to a senior managers, asking me to wait patiently. I had exchanged about 100 emails and waited 30 days, but in the end, unfortunately， they couldn't solve my problem and so i had to choose a refund. They didn't compensate me for my exchange rate loss although my money on their platform lasted for 30+ days.

Regarding the refund, I've been waiting for almost 21 days. You read that right, 21 days, not 21 hours. I've exchanged about 50 emails with them and talked to their supports live chat as well, and to this day, they're still telling me to wait for approval from their higher management. Each time, they say things like, "I'm sorry," "Be patient," "Inconvenience," etc. but never resolve the issues I met.

Honestly, I'm fed up with their lies. I wonder why such a small company is always making things difficult for their customers. Why doesn't this garbage company go bankrupt and stop deceiving more domainers or is going close down soon just like Former Registrar Epic.com?

Someone here met the same thing as me and has already reported the SAV service as garbage, but this garbage company refuses to change. They continue to deceive customers; they're extremely cunning. I do sincerely hope fewer and fewer domainers will fall for their scams. I'm also seeking help on forums.

Refund money ，they were always asking me to wait and I was waiting for nealy 21 days from Oct 27 to 18 Nov and now I'm required to wait，wait，wait，wait…

I mean sav probably is gonna close down soon because they didn't returned their customer funds of 808 USD although I'm waiting for 21 days and they kept say waiting ，waiting，waiting all the Time，maybe，Their finance is in short of money now so that they can't pay 808USD， BTW，Here is another domainer met the same thing here before and she reported SAV here too

Thanks for you all ， I have been waiting for 21 days ，each time they said to me nothing but waitting，sorry，ask for high-ups approval，Esclate to their superiors and so on， as you know ， I'm deadly sick of their excuses and lies， So ， I shall be waiting till the next year if I listen to them

You tagged them but they dare not to open a post here because they are scams ， they will feedback here why keep their customer money on their platform for such a long time if they are reliable and responsible ，as a matter of fact ， They are avoiding responsibilities.

@domainnews While the title is odd. I do respect the fact you waited 21 days before opening the thread. I'm pretty sure sav will be around years from now. It is probably overseas support that lack good skills to resolve. I mean they pay them less than $1 per hour. Personally, the only issue I had and it was quickly resolved was pushing to another account. They are decent register when they aren't keeping someones money. I don't believe they are like epik.

There is no official news that Sav.com is closing. But their indifferent attitudes towards their customers suggests us to think a lot negative things about it that it is planning to close. Their customer service is worst, they are there only to cheat us and give false excuses and not to solve our genuine grievances @Sav.com

Yeah, I respect so much that he waited so long to complain here sounds like OP waited 21 days. I don't respect sav keeping their money so long. The support has been good for me but I haven't had them hold my money so maybe with that you got to be careful. That said I don't plan to rush and transfer-out of sav spending like $250+ to gaining register.
