Hi! I been working with iMonetize since november (not paid yet, $16 in account)
And today I get this message:

I verified mi ID with the letter that they send me to house.
I'm little worry about this matter.
Do anybody know why they do this? Any advice?

Jerry, let me put it clear. I have more than 60 domains on iM. From Mid-November. Every month I get 2 o 3 dollars, but I never cash out because didn't get the pay out amount to do it. Its correct, I can wait.
BTW, you change the pay out and the time to get the money AFTER we apply from $20 to $25 and 30 days to 45 days. But doesn't matter too much.
And you send me the famous letter, I read and fill the code you give me. And now I get this shit. I think, as I tell you by email, you are making a mistake here..
Please, let me tell everybody, that I NEVER EVER get an email asking me NOTHING.
Must I think you don't want to pay to me? I have this problem 4 or 5 months after I applied... :td: when I close to cash out.... mmm

Please let me be clear as well... We NEVER changed our TOS since we started iMonetize.com. It has always been a $25 min payout and 45 days from the end of the month. You are correct you didn't get and email reguarding the tax information, however you did get a POPUP every time you logged in to your account reminding you that we needed that form.

Please, I am offering to help you... Please use the contact us form so we can get your account straighted out.

Is NOT true. I didn't get any popup after fill the code you send me by regular mail. I fill the code on January.And I writing here because I sing up to iM after to see some comments here. And now I think you are making a very fat mistake and I want to everybody know how you play with MY money.
I even fell stupid after to recomend iM as an alternative on my spanish blog.

Just to tell everybody "take care when you choice your partners"
Anyway, if I was very very stupid and never ever seen the pop-up probably this would be resoved with a single email asking my that form completed. isn't it?

I have more than 700 domain and I works with 3 serious companies. With no one of other get that kind of problem.

If you didn't get a POPUP on the tax information, then we may have a bug in our code... However your account information page displays this;

"Your tax information has not been received.
You will not receive any payments until it have been filed with us.
If you believe you are receiving this message in error please contact us."

Again, if you would just calm down and send the form in I will make sure you get your money ASA you reach the $25 min payout. We have OVER 3000+ affiliates, and ALL get paid on time, month after month. If you don't feel like following the rules you agreed to when you first signed up, that's fine. But PLEASE STOP trying to SLAM our good name.

I am really calm. Sorry if I look not calm but your "company" must accept some mistakes that are taking. Just that.
Could you tell where can I see that? I only can see the image I put on the top of this thread.
And let me give the congratulations for your 3000 clients. I hope you can reach 3000 more after explain clearly this matter.
I think we are not talking about to follow or not the rules. There are some call customer support.
Im not trying to SLAM (I dont know what that means). I just telling the facts. You can accept it or not, but facts are facts.

I'm not here to bash anybody, but why don't you (OP) just send the information imonetize staff wants and get it over with. We don't know who's at fault here, but if imonetize did make a mistake (Although I think it's a problem with your browser), they are acknowledging their mistake and being professional by attempting to help you out.
I think imonetize has a professional parking service and a great reputation to go along with it. I think many will agree with me.

You cannot see that screen until your account is unsuspended. If you email me using the contact us from I will send you the form you need to send back to us... Then your account will be unsuspended and you can see the screen I am referring to.

It could be also a browser problem, but why dont check check it first?

And Jerry, you send me a email 5 hours ago with that document. Or somebody that sing as Jerry N. :?

Rocko, cool down. From what I see, Homey is trying to help you. I see they are trying to get this sorted out professionally. So let them. No point posting point by point live events. I don't think they are trying to run off with the 25 bucks and shut down their services. Take it easy. Peace.

I don't understand why this company always get bashed either. First because they hand out W9s (like they are supposed to legally), and now because you didn't fill out something you were supposed to.

Afaik, this is probably one of the more honest parking companies out there.

My account is also suspended.... I don't know why,but please email me W8 form and I will fill it out and send back to you.

iMonetize is very very good IMO.
They never missed out any payments.
They even asked for the forms & every time I logged in the system asked for the Address verification in a Popup. (I hope those who has blocked popup in their explorer can't see it)

I strongly support iMonetize

No men, I use Firefox. And I dont block popups. It was a bug or some.

It's great that IM is helping out members here. My account was also suspended for not returning my tax #....for whatever reason, I just didn't mail it to them via snail mail. But that resurfaces a couple of questions (and I'm not bashing...I'm simply curious):

1. Why is the account tax info not able to be accepted online (like other providers)?

2. Why are accounts suspended (and made non-available to users) when tax info is not provided to IM? Why not leave the service intact but not pay out anything until the tax info is finally provided?
