Bodis suspended me today?

I am or was still working on my domains at Bodis.com as I have for months. Over 200 domains there. I earned a whopping 7 to 20 dollars a month revenue there as I only parked my low revenue earning domains there. I got this strange letter from them today. Very strange that they were canceling my account. The best I could make of the reason was they (my domains) didn't get enough traffic. Oh well, life goes on. I spent many long hours working on my names there. What a waste of time that was, lol. At least they were nice about it and I can still log in and also still get paid the little they owe me. I wish Bodis well and have no hard feelings.

i was suspended today as well, but it was because i signed up and never moved any names there. so mine makes sense - says it was due to inactivity. fine by me.

Read the large thread. Bodis is suspending 3000 accounts today . Mostly for fraud and not enough name quality and traffic .and I would think because you only make $7-$20 thats why.Not enough traffic. Nothing you did personally just a buisness descision by Bodis.

I see parking companies are getting more and more picky. Thx for the info Comicbookguy. I guess it makes sense. Now I have about 250 homeless domains. Most of the places are just not worth parking at I have experienced.
My main parking place that utilize used to only require only 1 domain to join, now they require that your domains earn over $1,000.00 a month revenue to join. I referred several people that got refused. Times are changing is all I can say.

I was dropped by Bodis today also. If I was dropped for fraud, I wouldn't complain, but to be dropped without warning or discussion for something like this is bad. If they had just talked to me first I would not be so angry, but to treat someone that is a "partner" this way will only hurt them more than they realize. By that I mean that I used to recommend them to others and now they are the last place I would tell someone about.

Closed mine too, But i never used Bodis, So inactivity would be the reason for me.

My reasoning for not using Bodis, I set one name up at Bodis, I noticed the need to have content in the center of the page, I have found that mixing content with ads, doesn't work when "When Domain Parking", So i took my name off immediately, not top waste Bodis time, Nor my time.

I do my contextual advertising on websites, Parking is for pure related links and categories ONLY, Imo , I am not saying Bodis is a bad service, for some, But the mixture of content and ads, just didn't fit my needs.

How funny, they suspended me too. No big deal though ... Bodis.com 's CTR's and CPC's were a joke only equal to their buggy interface and poor support.

As this grows and some posters here with 1,000+ posts are getting booted I am wondering just how bad of a PR mess this is going to be. Seems like Bodis may need to get a marketing crew together or be turned into a place were only people with extremely premium domians go to.

I only had two low traffic names there, but a little advanced warning would have been nice. It would have given me the opportunity to decide on whether or not to send other domains there to keep the account open.

Oh well, the decision has been made for me.

I'm out as well. No big deal. All I know is that Matt did something to make his business survive. No big deal with that either. People do it all the time. But Matt forgot his business ethics along the way. You don't promise people what you can't deliver. And you don't accept everyone and then kick them out.

I have no idea if will be kicked or not, almost all of my domains were moved back to parked after all the confusion started at Bodis. Funny to see Mr. Parked himself make an appearance in this thread
