Hi, ummn ok maybe we made a mistake on this one, we did actually have good intentions to have the name (to resell products of the owner of a possible TM)
ok 3g means third generation phone network (new video phones with fast internet browsing ability)
Telstra is the name of australias largest mobile/ landline phone carrier / ISP.

Their high powered lawyers have asked us to de-register name immediately and are well not toooo happy about us having the name, ideas anyone?

Give the name to Telstra. They are one of Australia's 3 largest companies and would not be easily messed around with.

If you want to take it further you really ought to consult a specialist lawyer and get their advice.

Since you posted the domain name in question and your intentions for it, you
either give it to them, or ask the registrar how to delete it. Do whichever of
the two is easier.

And don't think of asking either the TM holder or the registrar how to get any
compensation out of it. The registrar won't refund you and you should be glad
the TM holder's attorneys aren't unleashing their dogs of war against you.
