We got sued because the previous owner of the domain run a fake shop on it - urgent legal representation needed

Very frustrating, we got a legal message that a big corp sued us (and several other parties), because a fake shop was running on the domain we have by the previous domain owner. It was an accidental registration by our part few months ago, we did not recognized the trademark in it. We have parked it for couple of months with 0 revenue but the case does not care about parking, it is about the shop we have no connection to.

There will be a telephonic hearing: Fort Lauderdale, on October 16, 2023, at 2:00 P.M

If you can contact them directly, send them evidence that you bought the domain recently, simple as that!

To add to what @DomainNature said, you might also offer to give (not sell) them the domain.
