I mentioned this while reporting / requesting a title change for "Domains You Won at Auction or Closeout" to remove the (in your account part). But figured it would likely be best to post the rest here:
Because the strategies for domain purchases differ quite a bit depending on type, I really think having clearly distinguished threads for each type of purpose would make discussions significantly more on topic and helpful. until recently there was just:
1- Your reg. of the day
2- Your Purchase or Snap of the Day (No Handregs)
Then few months ago I started:
3- Domains You Won at Auction or Closeout (in your account)
Would really like to see these threads being more clear and better separated from each other .. as people seem to still post auction/closeout buys in the "Purchase/snap of day"
I'm thinking for clarity's sake they be split into the following better defined threads:
1- Report Domains You Purchased Hand Registered
2- Report Domains You Drop-Caught/Snapped
3- Report Domains You Won at Auction or Closeout
4- Report Existing Domains You Bought at Fixed Price (BIN or Negotiated)
If you'd like I could write up new helpful intros for each like I did for Domains You Won at Auction or Closeout
Although in the case you don't want to close the older ones in order to start fresh, maybe just change the titles for the first 2 .. and then I could make a short intro for the 4th one ..
