There is an unusual surge in new NP / day 1 accounts posting requests for .com domains using the subject 'Looking to buy .com', 'one word .com' etc.
I guess sellers should be little careful while dealing with them.

NP should pin a template that buyers should fill and use when creating the thread in the 'domain buyers request' section, which asks about the payment method as well including other details about the domain requirements (with must and optional fields) and allow to show only after approval by any moderator.

Agree one does wonder why @NamePros allows new members to even post these threads? There should be some type of initiation period for people to show their contributors to the site.

We need new rules in the wanted to buy section so we don't waste the time of other members.
They need to submit:
1. Legal ID: Driver License or Passport
2. A copy of Bank Statement

and all nonsense requests will need to approve:
- One word for $100
- Taking in 2,000 extensions

Many members just copy request from other people and and have NO Money or only have $10 trying to impress people.
