The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Think there is a buyout for both LLL.in and NNN.in at the moment but not 100% sure. There certainly was quite recently anyway..

NNN.in have risen significantly in reseller pricing over the last year or so but there haven't been a huge amount of reported sales to endusers.

For a pretty comprehensive listing of .in sales "domainmarket.in" is a good place check out as well as the sales thread at inforum. Other than that there are the normal places (NameBio, Dnpric.es etc)

Thanks for referring my site.

As you mentioned there is a buyout of BOTH LLL.IN and NNN.IN at the moment, and agree on the price range.

just visited domainmarket and the first thing I noticed was, 3dprinter for only $500?! :-o

That was in 2012 I think, and $500 for a .in name was decent at that point in time. Also, who knows what was the situation of the seller.

Hey aceeca,

my surprise was to the value of the sale and *not* in any way that your site provided wrong info
I just wanted to clarify this in case my post was misunderstood

thanks for a great site

Even .co.in is barely used by people to visit sites after .in became available, when common user talks about websites it is either .com or .IN
Not surprised, I had predicted this a few years back. :)

Ha ha...when you on INF and look at historical sales from 2007 onwards you will crap your pants. you ain't seen nuthin yet. :)

What are LLL.in mininum reseller prices now? Are we above regfee yet? ^^
I'd say normall reseller price is about $30 min. Like Wiltord said, people dont even put their triple premiums AND double premiums for sale much. There are many double premiums in people's hands but not many are put on the forums for domainers to buy. .ins future has been written on the wall......

Indian Government's stance on adult related sites is not good so I would have avoided this one.

they banned 800 adult sites for few days and now ban has been lifted (ane everyone know what 800 porn sites to surf) :D

They already relented. Can't post links, google "india porn ban" :)

I'm referring to their long term anti-porn stance, not the recent banning (then uplifting of ban) of the 800 or so sites. Personally I think adult names are a big risk in the .IN and .CO.IN namespace but thats just my personal opinion. :)

But if we were to assume there were no risks associated with adult related names I still can't see the value in VRSex.in – "VR Sex" only gets 40 exact searches a month globally on GKT and the only associated sale I could see was VRsex.net for $130 in 2008. Again this is just my opinion though :)

VR stands for virtual reality, so I would check for any virtual reality adult keys
also, don't forget that a name doesn't need to be an EMD to be successful in a niche

vrsex is totally descriptive of what it is for.. the only issue I see is, how long till indian people can use VR services... that would be a long time, no?

I would guess

3 years for gaming
5 years for porn
8 years to reach india

Nice name! Was on my drop catch radar but missed it :'(

I park most of my .IN/.CO.IN names so cant give advice on the development front but, assuming you caught it yourself, I would have thought you'll get good returns from this one :)

I like stamina.in - basically that's what is working right now - one word .in domains.

Two word domains are ok for dev, but two word .co.in better be something like onlinecasino or other major cpc keywords.

Good Luck.
