In chat last week Roy and Heroes were talking about drops coming up. Roy is the man who has his own software and a genius in the catching arena.

Roy asked me are you quick enough ?

Well starting on the 27 .tv were not being released from the registry which helped me against ROY and Polin who runs ahead.tv

There are no names on the 27 I want, but here is the 28 and they are not dropping now its 4 am when they drop where I am so I am up all night hitting a button thinking any minute. There are some great names premiums like VVV.tv and Heat.tv, NON PREMIUMS like DanceMusic.tv, IAdult.tv,Loyalty.tv,Umovies.tv. I want DanceMusic and Iadult nothing drops. Checking all day and nothing. Now comes the 29 and two non premium gems Experts.tv regged since 01 and Snooker.tv since 02 along with some nice premium I am checking and checking and checking, nothing. SO here comes the 30 again a list and nothing drops I am up all night again. At 7am this morning I call ENOM surprise somewhere to answer it is 4 am their time. The guy there very helpful but he does not know why no drop. He says call Verisign, I do at 7:36 get someone, again surprised but thinking this too technical this is just going to be a person with a customer service background. I explain no drops I looking for the domain but it not dropped. She says she knows and someone else called (ROY ?) So she says I wil email you when it gets fixed or we know when. She was very nice, but thinking she not emailing before, will email me after the drop. So I call back at 9 get another woman she knows too says not until this afternoon. OK cool. I still sit on one computer clicking back and forth experts.tv not avail backspace/enter again and again probably 300 times no exaggeration. I write the NIKO post click the other computer Experts.tv avail I click regged it YES, SNOOKER.tv taken, quick whois DNS RESEARCH, Nice Job Roy, go back DanceMusic taken, Iadult.tv avail reg, BikiniChannel.tv avail. reg

WOW so that was fun and insane because I basically spent 4 days clicking back and forth. Roy you are much better than me at this, but to answer the question from the chat, YES I am quick enough. Best of LUCK with SNOOKER.tv MAN

So Experts,Iadult and BikiniChannel I think it worth over 1000 clicks back and forth over 4 days.

Interesting story Ray,

I watched Seoul.tv for 8 weeks when it was dropping, missed that because i had to take my step son to football the morning it dropped!
Ended up paying $2500 to get 50% of it

Watched Newmexico.tv drop the other week, was beaten to it by someone on this board by what must have been seconds as i was refreshing like a refresher man gone mad.

And finally as you know iporn.tv the other day, my hotel had no internet access as there was a problem.

I will not be dispondant though as i just love the chase!, i know Roy is out there as well as Monsieur L@@K :great: , who is also extremely good at picking them up with his computer skills).
But one day my time will come.

I did not think I would get my top two but I got what IMO is the far superior name to any that dropped the last week. Look at all the experts in .tv type names regged. Experts the keyword regged in everything including us.com and eu.com

Can any of you suggest a site or software where i can type in a number of domains & the renewal date will show up??
I'm looking for a certain genre of name for development but i know all variations will be taken but i can aford to sit & wait a while & hope something similar drops.

Funny thing just got an email from Verisign one hour after I regged the domains. If I waited for them would have got totally screwed. Never count on a registrar to be ahead of the play.

Snooker.tv - Amazing, I lost it, even I was refreshing it for last 3 days.It still shows pending-delete status in Moniker,Dynadot whois.Where do you guys register these names?
It seems Moniker and Dynadot doesn't show the latest info about these names.

I'll be really thankful if guys can let us know the best registrar to drop catch these names.It seems Moniker,Dynadot doesn't update their data frequently.

Verisign also shows Snooker.tv as Pending-Delete status.

I was on ENOM.tv just clicking experts.tv backspace/enter. Now if there was not the Verisign screw up, I use ahead.tv for the list, I would take it Polin would have cherry picked experts and snooker unless Roy got in there first. I do not have an API. .tv do not drop and get caught like a .com at NameJet or Snapnames, it is just checking the registry and when they delete them from the registry. But if you do not have an API you got to hope Polin did not like what you like.
