Would you post your dev. mini-site(s) please?

Like many other Npers, I am looking towards developing some of my better domains, rather than leaving them in declining PPC. I would really appreciate seeing some examples of 3-5 page mini-sites with Adsense, Adbrite etc that Npers have developed for their domains.

I'm not asking for postings of Whypark, Imodo etc mini-sites, as these types of sites are covered elsewhere in other threads. I'm hoping to see some (inspirational..) examples of mini-sites developed from scratch or using available templates. If you'd like to showcase or share, I hope you post some links to your sites. Thanks in advance.

Mod Edit: No more than five live links per post.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Very nice, i like the design.

Thanks, it was a free template that seemed to suit the concept

In fact it's not a plugin, its just a simple html/css template that I took on the web and customized.

I was actually referring to the content. I thought it was automated content you were using.

So are you saying you created the content manually?

Yes right. Why? It seems to be written by a bot :D?

The content seems unique as I checked out some of it on Google - but it looked auto-generated at first sight.

Some say WPTurbo generates good content but haven't tried it myself cause it costs some dosh to get it :)

Spend the time to make your own written content if possible, of course

It's not that practical on the business model that I have in mind - my business model is not that much different from your own and perhaps many others here.

Creating mini to midi sites just for the purpose of earning something like $2 a day is different for instance with what John Chow's business model is based on.

I would definitely create my own stuff if I were running a blog something which I've done anyway since 2006 but that is a specialised blog based on stocks market trading which I've been involved with for may years now.

I need a good auto-generating plugin/software which creates decent content but at the same time would allow me to do my own SEO on it and then bingo. Once one site becomes profitable you could then create hundreds of sites like it -- whereas if I tried to write my own content, a) I would have to dedicate lots of time to it for researching. b) I would still have to use the same resources on the net. So why not use a good software to do this in a more efficient way and in a fraction of the time that a human can do it?

It was a "blanket statement' not aimed at anyone in particular, where i feel it will help i do try to add unique content, i actually think the secret is to find a way to have the user make the unique content :)

An original topic, with a very good domain name ;). Did you build your own template?

On my side, I just finished this one, dedicated to currency symbols and currency codes (I also added forex charts and a currency converter):
Currency Symbols

It's not only a minisite since I'm really interested in the currency/forex topic.

I'm developing quite a few.org's as minisites with regular content update as Amazon Affiliate sites: SilverBangles.org, AntiqueMirrors.org are just few for now :) Interestingly, I'm ranking on second & third page for these domains already.

Guys, just be aware of the fact that an interesting image related to your content pinned to Pinterest can get you good amount of traffic.

Have those 2 sites earned you any money so far? :)

Interesting to know just how many 'minisites' make money , guessing the minimum ?

not much as of now.. launched them earlier this week only but I'm kind of focusing on affiliate money rather than adsense.. but Pinterest is actually working with the traffic flow!

Is minisite here mean micro niche site?

Without this type of feedback, posting just the sites' names would not mean much really.

Think of it as a static site with anything from 5 to 20 pages. Although some here may have it set differently.

Opened GIMP (imho the best alternative to PS) and made a new design for the HostGator VPS coupon site. Your thoughts welcome!
