Whois privacy and registrar out-of-business

Hello,

I'm wondering, if I use whois privacy and the registrar out-of-business, what will happen to my domain name?
I'm sure ICANN will move my domain name to another registrar, but how to prove the ownership?
Because the registrar contact will listed to all contacts of the domain names, so there is no name of mine there.
Please advice.

registrars have gone under before, and transfers have been fine to those with privacy. most email addresses in private whois are setup to forward email anyway.

on godaddy.com if the reseller goes out of business, wildwestdomains will move all clients to domainspricedright.com and notify users via email.

just go with a known, established registrar so you're guaranteed of long term services.
