.in Which one is better to buy among .in, .co.in, .net.in etc?

Which extension has more value? or More Popular? Like among General TLD's we know .com has more value than .biz or .net; Similarly among Indian domains, which one has more value in terms of investment puposes?

Which of these extensions are popular among businesses? Big Companies? Personal Businesses?

.co.in was the first launched and is still adopted from some major companies like google or yahoo.
.in is growing in popularity and is now probabilly the most important and so will be in the future.
All the others are good only if you want to develop and need a good keyword at a cheap price.

New top companies use .in, .co.in is used by some companies founded before 2005. None of the other extensions are being used by any major companies afaik.

All the posts prior to mine now are quite on the mark. Very correct replies. .in will outdo the rest in the long term, but,i believe there are some good one word/lll.co.ins to be regged.
