I initiated three domain transfers and it says Awaiting Release by Current Registrar for over a week

Not sure who to complain to. ENOM is the register they are being transfer to, and they are being transferred out of centralnic, (which I despise). I've transferred hundreds of domains the same way to the same registers with no issue but now that I have three left and they seem to be locked for well over a week. The message is:
Transfer Pending - Awaiting Release by Current Registrar

I thought they had 5 days to release it?

Can I complaint to Icann or should I have ENOM do something? I like ENOM's system but their support is horrible for resellers.

Maybe you can ask them about the issue or ask them to approve the transfer manually.

I'm wondering who I ask, the support at both place are horrible. I've sent tickets and neither have replied. Maybe ICANN?

What’s the domain status at icann? Send a screenshot or something with the name blacked out

Under ICANN regulations, a losing registrar has a standard 5-to-7 day window to release a domain.
So time is left 2 more days, or contact losing register to expedite it. Otherwise after 7 days it should automatically be approved but if your register denies it icann can help.

I once faced a situation where domains were stolen during transfer between registrars. Recovery took about a year and required escalation to company management.
Perhaps you should also try contacting company management directly.

Its not a 5-7 day window. Sometimes it can take 1 day
They have a maximum of 5 days to complete the transfer from when it was initiated.
You got a link to the 5-7 day window?
Maybe i am wrong

6.2 The Registry Operator shall complete the requested transfer unless, within five (5) calendar days, Registry Operator receives a NACK protocol command from the Registrar of Record.

You might be right it can take 7 days but I think the register has 5 days. "While the regulatory window is five days, the end-to-end process typically spans 5 to 7 days to account for administrative delays, verification steps, and registry finalization."
