i don't recommend them either.
I always get weird broker inquiries... as matter of fact just today I got one... on a name... and shortly later broker was talking about a bulk deal on all my names that include a certain keyword.. I mean who am I even selling to here? broker? unireg? or buyer???? this sort of stuff never happens on afternic.. .gd.. undev.. etc.. this coupled with their industry worse ridiculous minimum 175$ commission.. this is a place that has domainers/clients best interests, far behind their own.

this morning I could have made a small fast little deal on a name... which is ok price for me... so buyer was offering maybe around $200... through syndicate lead... but the deal went down drain cause I'd only get $25 and unireg would get $175. so no deal.

I hope unirergistry is proud to have the worse commissions in domaining world.

There might be a chargeback on the name, someone in compliance might have put a hold on your funds. I would ask to talk to compliance department directly, and ask them if it is in regards to a chargeback, or reasoning?

I don't think Frank who heads up a 100 person company is going to come on Namepros, and let you know why your payment has not been made. You are going to have to ask support the the exact reason for the hold? There has to be more to it.

Glad you got your funds.

Uniregistry also cheated me. I bought domain dubaiescorts.com for 46k USD on installments after paying 26000 USD they sold the domain to someone else because of delay in payment. Be carefull if you are buying domain with uniregistry.

Did you lose all your payments? No refund? How behind were you on payments, you should have got an extension.

No refund at all. They took all 26000 USD and they sold the domain to someone else without a notice.

This is the reply i received when i spoke to them about why they sold my domain.

Hello John,

Well. Who ever you left your business with..did not pay for the domain for over 3 months in a row.

It has since defaulted.

Thank you,

You used the domain while paying for it, why would they give you a refund. You have a contract that is supposed to protect buyer and seller.

They really negotiated you good at $46k, how many months were you behind in your payments, that’s what it really comes down to. You signed their contact, it states all the terms, but you should have communicated I’m behind give me time.

I am sure you must have been far delinquent on payments for them to do that.

My guess the business is quite lucrative, it is kind of the Las Vegas of the Middle East. If camel and horse betting is your thing.

I probably would have been in a better place if I didn't put so much confidence in Uniregistry. So many xxx deals missed that could have made a huge difference.

The deals were missed because the inventory went into the hands of brokers, who have a min commission of $175 so the deal can't work? You never know sometimes a bigger buyer comes back around onto those names. I understand what you mean though.
