WARNING: OnlineNIC Appears To Be Folding

Been locked out my OnlineNIC account for 2 weeks, the password retrieval system is broken, and their customer support has completely vanished. I have a domain about to expire, and I cannot get into my account to renew it. Sent off complaints to ICANN and Verisign, will see what happens.

My guess is they are in the process of folding. TRANSFER OUT while you still can.

I haven't had any problems accessing my accounts at OnlineNic, but I'm in the process of spending all of the balances on renewals and moving everything to Godaddy. Would rather spend a few hundred moving them than deal with the headaches should this head in the RegFly direction.

They are ICANN accredited (at least for the major TLDs) and not a reseller for another registrar so there's little hope of help from there.

I suggest Webnic.cc, which work on similar reseller model and low pricing of USD7.45 for .com. Support English and Chinese speaking clients, good responsive customer service and free Whois privacy service. Others to consider may be WWD, but be prepared to pay annual fee.
