Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

Furnishvr.com

Home design and home furnishing niche. Companies that come to mind. Bed bath beyond IKEA home depot lowes. Pretty much anything or a home. Great as a brand too!

Want to "furnish" your home. Check out the products first using VR.

Well, You, I and many others that have been though this many times have put that warning out there many times, and you know as well as I do that a newbie still will not understand and heed that warning.

It is true that most Noobs will not listen to the voice of experience, but it is still incumbent upon those of us with a few years-under-our-belt to at least try and educate those who are open-minded and willing to learn... (Otherwise, what are we doing here? You've got to "pay it forward"... ;))

Avtar, I like your thinking, and I myself have regged FurnitureVR as I think VR shopping for furniture will be a reality someday - However, I really don't think the word "furnish" is high-value (In fact, the terms furnished/furnishings are IMO more promising, and I still wouldn't reg them. .. (Keep in mind the Mark Twain quote about the "right" word vs. the almost "right" word... ) Rather than hand- reg a bunch of almost-ran keywords, I'd see if I could buy exactly the term I'm looking for on the aftermarket...JMHO...;)

@NamesBond, what % are your VR domains from your entire portfolio?

Added VRStud.io to the folio. Hacks are risky but the potential for this one stood out as it works as a stand alone "VR Stud" and then "VR Studio". Heck I would use it and might. At the moment it is the only hack in my entire portfolio.

3dVRGaming

Hey namesbond thanks! Your furniturevr is definitely awesome handsdown.... But furniture is a noun furnishvr is a verb. Alot of these tech companies tend to get "action" keywords + VR as if they are telling someone to do something.

So usually it's verb+object or noun. For example.

Pay+pal
Buy+domains
Even go+daddy
Wear+VR
Jaunt+vr
Best+buy adjective+verb or noun.

Visit+geolocation

Jmho. Sorry.

If there is any doubt in my mind about furnishvr.com all I need to do is check out furnish the keyword as an address. which redirects to another major site don't know who paid for it or how much but sure is great marketing tool for my furnishvr.com. oh and I do think furnishvr.com can also be used as a "interior design virtual reality" so where interior designers can showcase how they would Furnish an empty space.

Examples? Plenty online. Would mention but my post would be deleted.;)

to pay forward is nice thing, but truth remains no one here knows how VR will work out, what startups, techs, prodcuts, games, titles, movies or keyword domains will be best suited for it in future.

which makes all of us with no exception total absolute VR newbies. and as it should be.
cheers

Myself also on about 15%..

@NamesBond But the VR share is the normal part. Hahaha. others not so much.

As i entered VR recently and worked with only handregs, i felt its a waste of money to keep on going.

Sounds like a prudent strategy to limit your VR hand-regs at this point... At any rate, seems like you have a nice balanced portfolio... Good for you!
