Nabbed AdvertisementsVR.com on the drop today. It looks like a decent niche.

"Analysts say that VR ads are at the moment mainly popular within the tech industry, but have also gained notable interest from car brands, with Audi, Jaguar and Volvo among those releasing VR ads. Demonstrating the breadth of the technology's appeal, other brands with VR campaigns include Coca-Cola, which allowed consumers to virtually ride on Santa's sleigh; Nike, which captured Brazilian soccer player Neymar scoring for his national team; and even cheese brand Boursin, which journeyed viewers through a packed fridge.

Explaining the place of VR in advertising, Hope Frank, CMO of advertising automation platform Kiosked, told CNBC via e-mail that "selling an experience has become a crucial part [its] of success." She adds that allowing the consumer to "explore the experience in an exciting new way prior to any purchase decision is highly valued by the luxury travel segment, transportation, hospitality and many more. http://www.cnbc.com/2016/08/19/virtual-reality-the-next-big-thing-in-advertising.html"

Not very brandable, but I think keyword+VR does pretty well. Anyone here got the singular or inverse versions :xf.grin:?

    Drop
    vrStreamed.com
    vr3ds.com
    VrVr4.com
    3dtvr.com
    VrCharged.com

The others may be worth a hold for 1-3 years. It's still early in the vr game
    Cheers

    I'd only keep VRcharm,com
    from that list @Ali Azam

imo some .net is fine but the lower your go in extension quality the higher u gotta go on keyword quality.. so you really do not want to be dropping stuff like VRgames.net... VRpoker.net.. and some more.. but the premium keyword list also grows smaller imo in lower end extensiosn..

it's just not the same thing.

I'd also be careful if tryign to determine sale potential based on domain length. many longer Virtual+keyword.com domains and virtualreality+kw.com domains are anythign but short.. and yet they carry extreme values.

    all the best
    cheers

Good approach - Portfolio 1)anime and 1)animated (split)
Most are re direct or forward type domains.
    Cheers

    @Levi_charlz
I'd personalyl not renew any of your animated or anime+keyword related domains.
and instead use that money to catch some expired domains or invest in aftermarket.

    gl!

    Thanks!
    I totally agree!
It is probably the first and last time I will register an extension like this.
I just figured for the price of $11, I would give it a whirl.

But, in reality you and I both know that there is a 99.9% chance this name will not be sold and just dropped upon the renewal date.

    Cheers!

sadly for the resolution of your dilema, not all LLVR.com are created equal

so if you want an answer you just may need to spell it out :)

    @168
I tried to PM you but it wouldn't allow me.... i'm curious as to how you know the K means fast in China and where I could find information on the meaning of letters and numbers in China.

    Please PM me if possible

Look up kassey lee threads here at NP There is a ton of examples for letters and numbers
You can also get some info on west.cn or 4.cn or other China markets looking at the description of the for sale domains
    Cheers

Too competitive for me right now. I'll leave that game to the seasoned pro's. But thanks for the feedback. :)

I'll probably hold onto 'AnimeGirls' as there's a definite market there. And probably the 'Studio' or 'Studios' related domains, I just can't shake a hunch that there's an end user that'll be interested.

I would hold for another month or two. Seems like even Average ones are getting $1100-$1400 offers now!

I assume these companies got overshadowed by the bigger fishes in the industry or why did they shut down?
