Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

xray2.png

anyone developing these apps will be startups with tiny hobbit pockets. how much would they pay for EMD domains to match this product?

since my "other domain" was deleted.

here's one VRMedSurg.com MedSurgVR.com ( MedSurg) is a very popular term in the medical world. medical surgical

every doctor and nurse and practically any medical worker has at point in school has had to use a MedSurg Book. Including Xray Techs.

5 VR Advancements To Expect In 2017

Virtual reality is one of the fastest growing markets in modern gaming. Although it’s still in its infancy, many companies have made it a point to hop aboard the VR hype train early in order to take advantage of this rising new trend. Last year, VR saw a significant leap with several major announcements being made in addition to a solid bump in sales.

This year, virtual reality is ready to take several major leaps forward. Whether you're on the cusp of making a VR purchasing decision, are an enthusiast, or everything and anything in-between, there's no greater time to learn more about virtual reality than right now. Below, I’ve put together 5 VR advancements that you can expect to see before the end of 2017!

5) Social VR Experience

This one was confirmed last year when Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg took to the stage of Oculus Connect 2016 in San Jose, California. There, he demoed the new Oculus Touch (OC3), and gave viewers their first glimpse of his social VR vision.

yes I know its okay. I am merely explaining my interests in VR.

what I meant to say is that itech is not a single word... (of which there is only one: tech or technology) nor composite/compound dictionary word such as:

http://www.learningdifferences.com/Main Page/Topics/Compound Word Lists/Compound_Word_ Lists_complete.htm

so therefore it is not possible for me to be interested in it... like a vegeterian will not eat meat... kinda like that.

cheers.

Interesting that several VR Theme parks are being developed and more surprised that I hand reg'd;

VRFairground ,com
VRFairgrounds ,com

Multiple meanings for 'Fairgrounds'. Common alternative to Expo in the US for concerts and events etc as opposed to the UK and Euopean meaning which is usually a Funfair.

I felt it was important for me to explain to you why I am not intersted in your VR domain since you are so polite and asked in polite manner if I wanted it. so what you call giving whole history of the world, was an explanation of why I am not interested in it.

I am sorry if you felt it was sarcastic. I have tendancy to use a lot of words and say very little.
sometimes this creates misunderstandings.

I assure you, I am all abotu peace and love... and vr domains.

good luck with itechVR.com and eVRything else!

cheers

Just picked up AdultVideoVR.com as handreg - I'm pretty sure VR porn is here to stay :xf.grin:

...and it looks like the holiday season didn't hurt!

"This Christmas, more people watched virtual reality porn than ever before, according to data provided to VRScout by VRPorn.com and PornHub.com

“We experienced a huge influx of new users for Christmas,” said Daniel Peterson, CEO of VRPorn.com, in an email to VRScout. “It seems clear from the data that lots of people got new VR headsets for Christmas, and now they are looking for content....[read more].

VRMUSIC.games

Crazy? Maybe. I've never registered anything except in Com/net/org/ca/me.

But, if you Google music games they are huge and everywhere. Also whoever owns .games registry has held back/reserved music so it can't be registered cuz it's considered premium. maybe VR music will be considered premium within a year? If not already?

Maybe this is a winner? I really have no idea. Thoughts?

.INFO is the only ngTLD I have seen sell, and it's way too early for these of course. Who knows. I was trying to get VRMobile.games though, someone else grabbed it.

VRfan.club (thanbks alcy)
VRbon.us
VRmega.us

are the only three I like that I have.

IMAX CEO Talks Virtual Reality and His Plans For High-Tech Arcades

IMAX has virtual reality fever.

The big-screen theater giant opened its first VR hub this month in Los Angeles. People will pay $10 to strap on a VR headset inside one of 15 soundproof rooms to experience either VR video games or films for roughly seven minutes.

The VR arcade in Los Angeles is one of six VR hubs that IMAX (IMAX, +0.31%) will debut worldwide this year. For many people who have yet to fly spaceships in VR or stood next to their favorite actors in hit films, IMAX's new arcades could be their first experience.

In this edited interview with Fortune, IMAX CEO Richard Gelfond discusses why IMAX is pushing into virtual reality, what it hopes to learn from its new entertainment centers, and whether the emerging VR technology is ready for primetime.

Fortune: Why are you building virtual reality centers?

Gelfond: Because of IMAX's brand, we felt we were in a very good position to be a first mover in the VR entertainment space. Many people have described VR to us and they'd say, "We're the IMAX of VR," meaning they're providers of a high-end virtual reality immersive experience. We said, “Gee, why couldn’t IMAX be the IMAX of VR rather than someone else being the IMAX of VR?”
