Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Rumor: Microsoft Revealing Xbox VR Tech At E3 2015

Microsoft is apparently ready to reveal its VR tech, to be used on the Xbox One, on E3 next year. This rumor comes from upstream supply sources.
The Xbox VR tech is in development by the same people who worked on the Microsoft Surface. No name or codename has been shared.
This VR tech is also different from its Fortazela project, a Google Glass like device. In spite of Google Glass’ middling performance in the market, it seems that Microsoft is still actively working on Fortazela as well.
While Oculus Rift and Sony’s Project Morpheus for PS4 have been publicly displayed extensively, we have not seen any similar demos for Microsoft’s VR project. We do know that Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick has seen a public demonstration.
We may, however, already know what the tech will look like. Microsoft filed a patent for augmented reality glasses in 2012. It may have come under a different name, but it may effectively be VR tech, in glasses form, in which case MS has actually gone ahead with tech with a more consumer friendly design.
