Using a landing page on a brandable domain

I am thinking of having a landing page on a brandable domain I own. I don't have any development plans, just a mail opt-in page.

My question is, will it affect the future buyer? How good is it to have a site on brandable domain that we are willing to sell?

Sorry, not entirely clear, but absolutely have some sort've landing page on your brandable domain.

Future buyers will pay more because you had a clever landing page that attracted attention, visits, and subscriptions. Rather than an empty .com that, well, who knows whether it's really that good or not.
