Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
Sold a bunch but none of the "buyers" ever paid.
Any other members here that have sold at Undeveloped? (.com/.eu/.nl domains)
We have just listed 5k names with them, we'll see how it goes. Sales pages are amongst the best I have seen.
Are you guys considering additional payout option like bitcoin? I remember epik(the parent company) has this option. It is faster to receive payment via bitcoin than wire transfer. No seller will want his payment delayed. I think you should consider this Or integrate with epik bitcoin payout option
Thats a good one. I just moved some names to you as well. Looking forward to a mutually rewarding relationship. Thank youWe actually already accept Bitcoin and pay out sellers with Bitcoin when requested. It's not an official feature we promote but do offer.

When was this? Back in our early days we have issues as too many fake leads went through and our cancellation rate was too high. Now a days, it doesn't happen that often anymore since the entire acquisition flow has changed. The problem still exists, like on all other platforms but we've tackled most issues that caused too many fake leads. People tend to not read and just place an offer too often while thinking they're buying a product. It's pretty strange if you ask me.
Unlike most older secondary marketplaces we're continuously improving the platform rather than squeezing most out of existing clients. We dedicate 80% of our resources to product development.
This was all recent as in past couple of months.
That's not good. I'm sorry you didn't have a better experience with us. If you're interested feel free to send me a message and I'll give your account a close look to see if we can find some elements which we can change to prevent that from happening again.
Sometimes we see specific domains that used to be developed to get a lot of fake leads when suddenly they get parked with us but it shouldn't happen portfolio wide.
apart from the 15% commission,do you charge anything extra to receive pay out? We're looking forward to assist you with your first sale with us
When you have your first sale, simply ask for a BTC payout to your escrow agent in the transaction thread.

No we don't
Undeveloped should come and clear this out. We want to know all hidden charges and please what name did you sell @loredan and how much?Yes you do ... been charged VAT at 21% ... not sure if this is just for the people based in the EU or anyone else though ...

As I understand it, this is only for sellers that are VAT registered. If an EU-based seller that is VAT registered sells a domain to a consumer in another EU country, the VAT rate of the buyer's country will be added to the price.
But I am sure Undeveloped will clarify shortly
Not sure I ever added VAT registration details to Undeveloped. The transaction was indeed between two EU citizens (me UK - buyer France), perhaps the buyer had his VAT details in his Undeveloped account, don't know... Anyway no biggie, just thought I'd post here for the clarity and transparency sake since @Undeveloped stated there are no additional fees apart from the 15% commission . Now I have no idea if citizens outside the EU might be charged this but since Undeveloped is part of Epik, the US citizens might get charged as well...just saying
That's very fast. Nice oneI am pretty happy with Undeveloped so far. IMO - The landing pages are some of the best out there...
Moved some domains over to them a month ago, and just got my first sale there last night. It went VERY smoothly. I got the sold email last night, transferred the domain, and was paid this morning.
I realize last post here was a long time ago. I have looked through their site and I am considering setting up an account and trying a few of my domain names with them.
Before I do that I would be interested to see the experience that some others have had with their service, especially recently. I like a lot the visual look of their site.
If I understand it correctly, it seems they just take a flat 15%, with no cost if no sale is made. This seems pretty reasonable to me.
I did a few searches on some specialized words that are of interest to me, and it seems that they have in the areas I checked at least a good selection of domain names listed.
I would really welcome input from someone who has sold domains through them re how smoothly it all worked.
Thanks in advance.
