Transfer Moniker to Namecheap.com

How long does usually take to transfer from moniker to namecheap.com ? Its has been 5 days now and moniker didnt release yet. i am getting worry

is there any steps i need to know? I already unlock the domain, turn off whois privacy...

They are very slow about the transfers...and no status
updates anywhere to be found either.

Thanks, I email moniker ask them released this morning the domain is in my account. One more question

on whois.sc show
Creation date: 03 Jun 1998
Expiration date: 02 Jun 2018


but in my namecheap account show
Registered On: Fri 06/02/2017
Expires On: Sat 06/02/2018

is this possible? although the domain didn't expired through moniker until 2018 but when i transfer is carry over?
