Moniker transfer out...?

Hey guys,
i'm trying to move a domain from Moniker to GoDaddy because it's going to expire in 6 days and want to use the $1.15 GD transfer coupon and renew it in this way

However, i should receive the auth code from Moniker in some way, right? I did the "transfer out" procedure some hours ago, but still haven't received anything through email.

Is it normal or not?

I usually receive right away. Maybe try again and if this doesn't work submit a ticket or call them.

Did you check your spam folder?
Or like me, your ISP spam folder?

I tried for the third time today, and i received the auth code through email.

Really weird. But the problem is solved, fortunately.
