Traffic levels for parked domains

All of the domains I feel have at least some potential being developed by an end user. I do not have any typo domain names. All of my domains are parked and are not developed.

I am curious what a "decent" amount of traffic is for a parked domain per month? Also, what can you do to increase traffic legitimately to parked domains and still be within the terms and conditions of Sedo/Afternic?
