How do you drive traffic to parked domain other than relying on type-in and typo traffic? Can I use adwords / AdBrite or other advertising program to advertise?

Or can I build some content on the parked domain to get some SE traffic?

Please suggest.

i think you can't as parking domains to monetize it fits a domain that has already traffic and not the other way around. the best way is to develop it first.

If you use Trafficz 'website' template you can add your own content.

Trafficz allow you only static text and links
No javascript, php or other forms of dynamic insertion code

Generally i don't recommend Trafficz, i see their service degrade by the time
More experienced domainers avoid or keep the low end domains there
Their support is far from logical making unreasonable claims
So far the worst experience i had with parking services was with TrafficZ

Parked has also an option for custom content (even didn't explore it too much)

The Laziest way is buying expired domains with traffic...but there are others.

No, you can´t. Many Parking Companies limit the sources of traffic to
a) Type-In Traffic and b) Search Engine Traffic.

If you have low experience in (b), the best deal is to buy expired
domains with traffic.
