Where can you go and find out whether you are infringing on someone tradmark, for example (eloanbay),since eloan has a trade mark on e-loan ,they say any name with eloan is a trademark violation.I need a place to go and find these things out before buying names.

I still would like to know how can the trademark name eloan stop anyone from using a name with eloan in it,example(eloanbay.com)?They only have eloan as a trade mark.
