To reply or to ignore BB

I have received the below email from brandbucket regarding a domain i sold one month ago on
nameliquidate .
At that time i tried but i didnt find any tool to delete the domain from brandbucket and i forgot about it .
Do they take action against portfolio if they knew that domain sold or liquidated out of their market ? ,
and since the new owner already listed the same domain at squadehelp !
At the same time i need the name to be deleted from my portfolio at brandbucket to avoid any further conflict .
I am thinking what answer i need to create for them now ? lol

anybody had similar scenario ?

I don't think any reply is needed, it looks like a standard automated email.

Just deleting the domain from their marketplace will be sufficient.

To remove a name, you send a notice to BB support, it takes 30 days for a name to be delisted.

You need to send them a message that you liquidated the domain and it should not be on the platform. You have no way to contact or know if buyer is on BB. Next time remove before that kind of liquidation.
