BrandBucket submission costs $1 per domain?

I have make a new account at brandbucket , have received 10 free credits , i go to submit 37 domains and ask me $1 for each domain submission , need purchase 27 credit to submit all 37 domains because 10 i have just in account for free.

First time that i view that need pay submission at brandbucket.
