To reg or not to reg, that is the question

I have seen an 8 letter phrase available to reg in .com .net & .info (all of them infact) This phrase gets 4,400 exact monthly searches.

Is it worth registering .com .net & .info and try adsense on it? (redirecting .net & .info to the .com)It's medical related so there is no product to sell.

I suppose what I'm asking is, is 4,400 exact monthly searches monetizable?

What would you do?

Kind of hard to say unless you reveal the phrase?.

Example, the phrase "the big" is also searched for 4,400 monthly (exact), can I monetize that?.

Probably not?. So the question is why do you want to reg that phrase, if it's to monetize it, you need to make sure that there are several monetization options available.

Thanks for the reply. It's the name of a medical exam, and there is no chance of it being confused with anything else, so the 4,400 monthly searches are people looking for information on it. CPC is about $0.60

4400 can be monetizable but it depends too of the Google CPC.

And I would reg just the .com (other extensions for what? to spend money?)
