Yea I see Spain's numbers are shooting up, 1083 new cases today.

So is ours now, yesterday 572 new cases and today its 252 new cases.

Just about all of the schools in the US are closed which means all those kids now need more food at home since they are not eating at school.
This disruption in the Worlds economies is gong to be really bad for a while. I say about a year or so but no less then 9 months.

It will be reflected in the next 3 to 5 quarterly earnings reports.

If what I experienced this morning was just a small sample of what is to come, then OMG! I think I'm gonna need to get me some more Amo!

Here in Madeira Island, since yesterday anyone arriving at the airport must go on a 2 week quarantine. The local government wants a total closure of the airport, but the Portugal government won't allow it... yet!

Yes... it's 2.8 km long and every time you land everyone claps hands. Only the most experienced pilots land here.

It's a lot more fun than a roller coaster... especially when it's windy... take offs are pretty normal, it's the landings where the fun begins... you should try it sometime!

If the brakes fail, you can always resort to the Flintstones technique!

That's a cut of 1.25%!
This is so unnecessary right now. They need to save that for later if needed.

Powell is such a wimp, he must really be afraid of Trump.

Trump is going to take these rates to Negative just because he believes it will make the stock market go up.
And it will give the markets a spike but it will NOT keep them there.

Then what? Totally the wrong move right now.
The markets are still going to go down over the next few months because of earnings regardless of interest rates.

Once you go Negitive its very dificult to go back.

But I guess its ok to throw a few Trillion more on the debt pile.

You don't get it.

Cheap money is Extremely expensive and can lead to things like massive more debt, Easy loans, and we all know what happens with easy loans.

Banks won't have to pay interest but they still charge interest.

When banks don't have to pay any interest on their loans and Especially with Negative rates then Banks get Reckless! They tend to loan out money at will. And that spells disaster!

And Trump will take us to Negative interest rates with in a month or so....Just watch.
