I guess the seller was not sure who the buyer was and the buyer had no choice if the name was being used in a non conflicting way.

Did anybody mention plentyoffish.in was sold on Sedo for about $8k? I saw it on Sedo's front page reports. Now it points to POF.com but the Google cache partially references a page in Chinese offering the domain for sale.

Plentyoffish.com rebranded itself POF.com and buys up POF domains for about $8k each, that seems to be their unofficial price - they bought pof.biz and a lot of others.

Finance API ? Never heard of it before. Can you provide some links?

Currently, I'm thinking to put up a simple chart on homepage, along with some strategies to read the chart as other pages ( usage of the indicators etc ).

Google provides a Finance API, but I never used it. And you can simply add some charts using the tools provided here:

Those names felt bad, low search volumes. You can see those names on my previous posts.

Too many good names still to be registered without going the TM route.

I have too have some nice cloud .in and .co.in domain names but haven't recieved any offers for the last couple of months, which I really wonder why.

There are many good names left and many good names getting expired daily. Just buy and develop names.

Development is the best option for .in and .co.in names. They have been making decent money for me at least. I know many have been making good money with there .in domains.

I would like to know from everyone how are they using there .in domains, Parking, Development, what affiliates are being used and so on..



Also How much everyone is earning from there .in domain

It would really help everyone, if everyone shares how they are using .in domains and how much they are making.


I have started developing my .in portfolio and the results have been good and improving.

One Example i can give is.. HairSpa.in i handreg this domain last year and then developed the domain around June 2011. Within 2 months my domain was in 1st page of google.co.in and after 3 months it was 1st in google till date.

Earning has been going steady now, Its making $1/day from last 4 months, it gets approx 8k visits / month.


A simple domain which costs Rs.100 i.e $2 for 1 year can generate earnings which we cant even imagine.


I have been using adsense only right now as my earning source and i dont want to put lots of ads on my site which will make it look like made for adsense.

Also i have been contacting few salons who do provide Hair Spa.



Domain Investing is just amazing, i have been into this industry from last 8 years and have been developing domains, parking and selling names..


Have learnt so much and still everyday when i open my laptop and see news about industry and ready forums, i feel i dont know anything and keep learning.


You have to be very smart in picking domains, it comes from experience.. When you are new you will keep buying crap names and think about selling for 100's, 1000's but after sometime you will realize and grow smarter.

Just keep things simple, easy. I always buy domains which i think i can develop and earn that has been my strategy from years now.........

For really premium domain names, I just put a very small minisite (to protect them). For keywords with good search volume and PPC, but with no value on the resseller market (like NepaliMovies dot in for instance), I develop them.

Waiting end of year to have good traffic stats, but first results are promising

Ok nice, Im developing everything i have.. I recently develop one .co.in domain which has good amount of excat, it ranked 2nd in 1 months time..


I guess you need to develop with whatever you have, It will pay good..

I saw you are developping both .co.in .in. Did you noticed a difference in ranking between the two extensions?
