Introducing the New Revolution in Domain Parking Services, where the clients actually matter this time around - Bodis.com.

That's right. We have negotiated the highest possible revenue share with third party ad providers, and out of this we are giving our clients a lifetime of 100% revenue.

Today is the beginning of CHANGE in the domain industry. Many of us are tired of all the domain parking programs that hone in most of what we should be receiving. The Revolution has STARTED.

As of right now, Bodis.com offers the following:

  • 100% Revenue Share
  • Search Engine Optimized Templates
  • Customizable html title, html description, and page title of templates
  • Customizable images for templates
  • Auto-optimizable and manually customizable keywords/urls for advertisements!
  • Simplistic and easy to use management interface
  • Customer support that cares about its clients
  • Customer support that responds within 1-2 days.
  • And more as the program progresses...

I am hoping the majority is happy with where we are heading in the domain industry, and that everybody here is happy to see Bodis.com. We will be working extensively on adding user suggestions and feedback into the parking service.

Hopefully we can make a difference in the industry.

Aside from this, I'd like to point out a few more things. The lifetime of 100% revenue share is applicable to anybody that applies within the next 1-2 years. The revenue share may decrease after that only for new clients. Right now Bodis, LLC has the budget to keep itself afoot with 100% revenue share for another 1-2 years time.

Enjoy the website and feel free to leave any feedback/comments in this thread.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
The things we have planned are really unbelievable, and we hope to have it out there soon - that's when the real revolution will begin.
Amen! Whatever is planned, it sounds exciting. Does anybody want to speculate? What else could Bodis conceivably do, that is revolutionary?
hmmmmm...:)

There is so many new things coming soon, I promise everyone. Right now things aren't being added because we are working on new deals with many new ad providers and partners to help increase revenue and also tightening fraud and security.

But starting this coming week, we will have new things and I have a few buddy developers that are now going to work full-time on the parking program.

An affiliate program will be available once the 100% revenue share is gone, so within a few months.

The things we have planned are really unbelievable, and we hope to have it out there soon - that's when the real revolution will begin. B-)
It's not often that I say so about someone.

But I think Matt is a brilliant guy, and I do mean it. He's been doing everything almost perfectly, both strategically and implementationally, as far as I can tell.

It is truly exciting and a great pleasure to observe an emerging, domain-parking superpower in the making, and indeed be involved in some way as a participant right starting at the ground floor, parking domains and enjoying every moment of the new phenomenon.

It is domain and Internet history in the making, guys, and we should feel honored to be its witnesses and participants.

B-)

I think Matt means the 100% revenue share applies to people wher register through Dec 2007. Starting in Jan 2008 the new people to register will not be on the 100% revenue share, but existing members (through Dec 2007) will have 100% revenue share for life.
I have a Bodis account (= I'm eligible for the 100% revenue share). I woner if I add some new domains to my portfolio in 2008, will I be getting 100% revenue share for these domains as well? Or is this only for the domains parked with Bodis since 2007?

The ability to add on affiliate products, or the ability to further customize our pages would be nice. In the meantime more options that display relevant links, not just Toseeka.com would be super cool! Overall A+ job. not all my names are seeing results, but the few that are got NO clickthroughs until I parked them on bodis.

Thanks for accepting a complete newbie to Bodis :D

As a newbie domainer, the URL forwarding function would be the best thing since sliced bread! I can't wait until this can be added.

Extraordinary people do extraordinary things, well done cfg :kickass:

Yeah, but it doesn't explain my question clearly. I'm sure Matt will clarify it.

I think your revenue share is determined by your join date.

Not by the date of addition of domain to your account.

I would love to know what Matt has planned for us viz improvements...

Well I've only had one click in about two weeks, so don't feel too bad.

I'm sure this is buried around this site somewhere, but anyone know how long it's taking for newly registered domains to get spidered by the big3 (Google, MSN, Yahoo)? I went to each and submitted the name, but I wasn't sure how long until they (may or may not) get picked up. I've developed the sites a bit with custom pages and relavent info, so they shouldn't be rejected due to lack of content. But alas, no-one else is linking to them yet obviously.

LOL, its not much but have made almost as much in one week at bodis then a year at sedo. Just moved all the rest of my names to bodis. Very easily too. Just bulk NS change at godaddy and added the domains in my bodis account. Go Bodis, make me money please. I need it :D :tu:

im not doing very well, over 100 new domains & a couple of old ones, 350 visits & one click for about 7 days (about 20 custom templates & the rest default).. plus there is a small bug because when you try to sort by visitors it doesn't work correctly

I'm also having issues with the sorting feature on "reports" and "manage domains"...wonder if anyone else may be seeing the same thing:

When viewing lists of 50 or 100 per page, the domains don't follow alphabetically from one page to the next (when sorting by domain) or by numbers when looking at visitors, clicks or revenue....it arrranges them as though the pages were only showing 20 per page instead of the selected 100 per page, so each page shows 80 domains of the preceding page and 20 new ones....When I view the last page, instead of showing domains beginning with w,x,y or z, it shows domains starting with "D" and "E"

When I set the report domains to view at 100 per page (ascending order so that "A" domains are listed first), my first page shows 100 domains and ends with bigpictures.info....which is correct. However, when I click (2) at the bottom of the page in order to see the next 100 domains, the first domain listed on page two is akgravel.com and lists eighty of the same domains shown on page one, plus 20 more.... instead of the domain which should follow bigpictures.info (which is another domain starting with a "B').

On closer inspection, I found that akgravel.com happens to be #21 in the list of domains on the first page, like it would if sorting by 20 per page as the default does. When I click on page 3, instead of domains 201-300 showing up (and the page showing 100 domains that would normally be domains starting with "E" or something, page three starts with alaskabrewingco.com, which just happens to be what would come first on page three if the domains were listed by 20 per page and not 100, like I've chosen.

It does the same thing when sorting by visitors, clicks and revenue.

It does the same thing if I sort using 50 domains per page.

It does the same thing in the "manage domains" mode.

In the manage domains mode, if I click "show all," they all show up fine...and sort in alphabetical order fine. (Don't know why "show all" isn't available in the reports mode.)

Is this happening to anyone else?

Thanks

bodis is good, but it is still needing more improvement. not easy way to know what keywords people are really clicking at. sedo has a lot of more options, but pays less and it is less customizable, so i will be sticking with bodis from now on.

Considering that BODIS just entered the scene, Matt is doing one hell of a job. I take the 100% rev. share as increased payment for what i'd look at as "open beta testing". I'm sure that there will be quite some improvements coming our way. Certainly, some basic necessities like "traffic tracking", Keyword analysis and some custom code options, such as linking to a youtube video, etc. would be very helpful.

I just registered about 20 new domain names on the 29th of July. About 1/3 of the domains were indexed by Google within 7 days and remainder of the domains were indexed by Google today. My overall experience has been about 2 weeks for indexing by Google for dot com names. I found that many of my dot biz names that are more than a month old are still not indexed.

I think if Bodis accepts adult names, it will be 20 times better than any parking provider out there, I can see good potential in their templates for this purpose

Matt, regarding the stats. Are weekend stats updated only Monday ?

I used to get regular clicks and traffic on other PPC's but here multiple clicks are counted which mean addition in revenue, I like it.

Just joined Bodis..like the interface and the customization options so far.

the stats, though need some work. Its the weekend and I haven't seen a stats update in 30 hrs..I think most domainers are online all the time and have a habit of checking their stats frequently.

Verbster, I think you have raised valid points, though they have been in the past.

But most of us will agree that the earnings jump makes it worth waiting for the bugs and issues to get sorted out. Most software has bugs, some easy to rectify, some difficult in an open beta environment as you rightly pointed out.

Though i'm sure Matt is not doing much else ;)

I have same issue, so I think it's a bug somewhere.
