The day of cancellations.

Today I got two emails.

First email was:

Dear Mr. XXXX, Unfortunately, Sedo must cancel this transaction as the buyer made an unintended bid for the domain XXXXX. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused and please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further queries. Best regards,

And 2 hours later I got second email:

From: Escrow Manager To: Seller Domain: XXXXXXXXX Hidden from other party: yes Hello, I am sorry. We have not been able to get the buyer of your domain to respond to our collection efforts. We are canceling this transaction because of non-performance by the buyer. The buyer’s Afternic membership has been terminated. You may relist your domain. If you choose to pursue enforcement of your agreement, we will provide any needed information. Thank you. Best Regards
