Situation (short version):
- Received an Afternic offer for www.1i.cc for $100;
- Accepted the offer (the hell with it, I might never use this name as I planned);
- Proceeded into Escrow phase;
- Found out that Afternic will slap a $60 (!!!!) commision for this transaction. Thought it was outrageous, but a deal is a deal. Should've done my homework;
- the buyer turned out to be deadbeat.
