I just received the following mail from NetworkSolutions - CertifiedOfferService:

[[ This is our final attempt to contact you on behalf of a third party that has made a certified binding offer for the domain name listed below. The Buyer has entered into a binding agreement with Network Solutions to use our Certified Offer Service(SM) and funds to purchase the domain name have been pre-authorized on the Buyer’s credit card. ]]

This came clearly out of the blue since I have never had any contact with them.

Anyone ever do business with them?

I've never used this service, but as far as I know, it is legitemate. Just check the url links, and ensure that they really lead to networksolutions, and not to a fake website.
