Stargate problem

I have tried 2 times to transfer a domain away from stargate.com.
The first time it failed, now it is saying its waiting for my approval on the new registers site. Thing is the email for the domain is good but I have never got the email to approve the transfer. Anyone else having the same problem?

First check your spam box - that is where mine usually end up.

Stargate is migrating to new servers right now, that may have something to do with it. I just bought some names that are at Stargate, had never heard of them. The claim is that "Stargate.com" was the second .com ever registered, which is pretty cool. Customer service seems to know what they are doing - quite an improvement over some places. Contact them if the problem continues.

I only had one Domain with them, when I tried to transfer it out I too had some problems, I had to contact them to get the ball rolling, a few days later they released my name to my new registrar.

I cant even login to my account right now... odd.

They emailed all users I believe yesterday with new passwords, that's probably why you can't login.

Well I use GMail for my email there and no emails from them in a long time...

**Edit: Just got the emails last night. Guess I should have read my emails at GMail first hehe

Still they answered my support question last night too. They have no clue as to why the transfer is failing.

Try unlocking the domain, a lot of times that's the problem.
