There are a couple of possible issues .. but the main issue could be if your login session has timed out (even in another window). So if you log back in you sometimes get a new cart. It's always best to log in again right BEFORE adding any closeouts to your cart.
If ever this happens you should call GoDaddy ASAP .. there is a short window where they can save the domain for you. Do not send them an email .. they will not see it on time.

1. Go to auctions.godaddy.com
2. select Bargain Bin
3. click on the [+] for any domain
4. click on the Item # id number to go to the auction details page
5. click on the button "Add to cart"
6. does it work?
