Anyone is facing a problem with GD closeouts ?

Hi , I was trying to buy a clousout domain but is shows :
Add to cart failed. Please try again, or refresh your browser.

tried several times with different domains , same problem

anyone ?

There are a couple of possible issues .. but the main issue could be if your login session has timed out (even in another window). So if you log back in you sometimes get a new cart. It's always best to log in again right BEFORE adding any closeouts to your cart.

If ever this happens you should call GoDaddy ASAP .. there is a short window where they can save the domain for you. Do not send them an email .. they will not see it on time.

i bought the domain throgh auction search , the add to cart from the domain page itself still not working

I have a user reporting this to me and I can reproduce it like this:

1. Go to auctions.godaddy.com
2. select Bargain Bin
3. click on the [+] for any domain
4. click on the Item # id number to go to the auction details page
5. click on the button "Add to cart"
6. does it work?

Anyone else having this problem?

I got the same issue when I followed the steps you outlined: "Add to cart failed. Please try again, or refresh your browser."

All other methods seem to work:

Clicking on buy now and then go to cart from the list of domains works fine.

Buying the domain via my watch list also adds it to cart just fine.

Searching for the domain at the godaddy.com search path and then adding it to cart from there also works as normal.

Yes but after few moments while tried to complete another purchase, I found previous failed domain also there I.e. on the cart
