I've had two separate failed attempts now trying to help a Chinese buyer transfer a domain over to ename registrar. The problem simply is the authorization emails from ename never get to me. It's not a spam folder problem.
The language barrier difficulties also add to the problem.
I had to give up in the first case, and it looks like the second is going south quickly.
Has anyone here (in the US preferably) had experience assisting in a transfer-away to ename?
