It seems alive in sedo, but the biggest obstacle is getting them accepted to the auctions. A multi-language .tv auction by sedo sounds cool

I've been a buyer of .TV domains since 2002 and I've watch .TV domains grow in value over the years so I'm not in agreement when I hear the market is dead. I would have agreed with that statement 7 or 8 years ago but not today. As for the Spanish .TV domain auction, I think it maybe best to just try to get the .TV domains into a "general domain" auction, unfortunately .
