Hello!

It seems to me .tv is has decreased in popularity, maybe because of the new TLD wave, imo.
The keyword is good, but it's not premium. The downside is that it's not niche specific and the upside is that it's not niche specific! So it has some flexibility and may be used in a variety of niches.
In my opinion, this is not a very valuable name without development. I would say from high $xx to low $xxx.

Clearly the potential value is in someone liking it for the name of their new TV channel. I guess you just have to wait and hope. I quite like the name, but it does not have an obvious TV usage, i.e. what the channel would be about is not obvious.
