Sending wire to Namejet for auction won

Wondering what the process is for wire payment to namejet. I am in the US, I sent a wire yesterday early am. Usually when I send a wire to someone in the US (like sedo, escrow.com) they receive it same day. I emailed [email protected] per the instructions with the info they state to send. And nothing. Sent another email. Nothing. Sent 2 emails to support...nothing.

Can anyone who has done this share their experience and how long I should expect to wait to hear anything? How long it takes to have the funds applied.
