NameJet Re-auction name I won and payment sent

I won domain name from namejet auction . payment sent by wire transfer because my credit card didnt have enough money .

Total i sent 660$ 3 days ago and wire arrived same day

They put only $644.40 in my account balance , Thats 15.6$ short !!!
i sent email to [email protected] with all info
name i won , payment account , and my namejet id

and NO answer

Payment was sent before my 5 days end they gave me to send the payment

they charged me " Non-Payment Processing Fee $10.00 XXXXX.com / Successful "" and they already have my payment !!!

and now they re- auction the name i won and payment sent in full .


How can they put the name in auction again !! and i already won the name and sent the payment

AFAIK purchases up to $5000 must be paid with a credit card.
You can still use a bank wire to add prepay balance to your account.
But I don't think you could just choose to settle that amount by wire unless you had a prior arrangement with them.
They tried to charge your card for 5 days then levied a $10 penalty fee as the charge was unsuccessful.

BTW I agree they need to be more flexible on means of payment.
I have had 2 declined payments with them because of a AVS issue, only one of my credit cards actually work with them. I think they know about these issues but they don't care.

As for the missing $15 I assume it's the bank fees, possibly the correspondent bank.

i sent wire transfer for the domain name payment not for prepay balance .
and i told them about this before i ask for their bank account info to send the wire !
