This is very bad, but how can we be sure in such cases that it was really his Sedo listing, and not one by a previous owner?

It has not been possible for us to complete the transfer due to the fact that the seller did not fulfill his part of the transaction.
Sedo will therefore not proceed with the transaction at this point.

You can take legal action against the seller since he failed to fulfill his part of the contract. We have made his contact details available in your Sedo contract.

The suspension of the transfer in no way affects the Purchase & Sales Agreement between the seller and the buyer. In case you and the seller agree to continue the transaction, Sedo may proceed with the transfer.

hey buddy , same thing happened to me on sedo after having payed immediately 4 times!!!
All 4L.net chips.

each time same thing. They ask for my payment, I pay. Then nothing happens for several days , I write in the "message box" what's happening, they say we're contacting the person but their not answering.. I tell them give me my money back if the person is not answering it's been 1-2 weeks.. and they cancel the transaction a few days later and I get that same message you had above.

I wrote to that sedo rep , why can't sedo verify the ownership of the name before requesting money from the buyer .. obviously no answer

but I really don't expect any change

when companies make to much money
they tend to no more care for single customers issues

not only sedo has highest minimum transaction charge some ridiculous 60-90$ number.. I forget exactly... but now also all these problems

I am glad most of my sales or buys occur.. well.. not there.
