Recently, I won a premium domain on GoDaddy and after 72 hours of payment to GoDaddy, seller is refusing to transfer domain. GoDaddy sent me an invoice for the domain sale. It even showed on my dashboard as WON (I took a screenshot). Today (March 5th), the dashboard has been cleaned up.
Following the seller not initiating the transfer formalities, GoDaddy sent me an email for payment refund.
I have initiated my research to pursue the matter legally. Advise will be greatly appreciated.
