I have Paid for Sedo Direct Auction on 5/27/2020 for one of my domains But since then the auction didn't start, Even they Said the auction will start on 5/31/2020 . I have contacted the Support 2 times and they said : We apologize for the delayed response. We are looking into this issue to resolve it.

Please @Sedo solve my issue asap, Because I want to take advantage of sedo showcase that it's already active but it's will end on 14/06/2020

@ This is not good customer service by Sedo. Sedo shouldn't be having these kind of issues anyways.

still no answer !!! is this a joke or what?? is this how sedo normally handle customers problems?

Very Terrible Customer Service, I have paid 59 EURO to put myself in this bad situation, this is the last time I will use sedo auction.

Hi Coolhands,

We are sorry for the delay, its because our tech team has been looking into this issue for you.

I have sent you a response via the ticket that you sent us. Please take the necessary action outlined in the email and send a response to the ticket directly to let us know once it is done. We will then be able to activate the Direct Auction after this is done.

If this is not sorted by today and you are still having issues then call me directly on (+49) 221 / 340 30 - 152 tomorrow. I am available until 5pm German time. Or if you need to speak with someone after that then call our US office via 617-499-7200 they are available until 5pm EDT.

Hi Chris,

I have response to your email, please check it and take your action, and Sedo should put that's in FAQ or send me an email when I have paid for the direct auction and tell me that's the domain will not be live in auction if there is an active negotiations.

Hi Coolhands,

I have started your Direct Auction today as the counter offer you made expired this morning. Your Direct Auction could not be started on time because you counter offered to an offer you received on the domain. When you send a counter offer to a seller you a legally bound to that offer for 7 days. In that 7 days Sedo can not start an auction just in case the buyer accepts your offer. This is not a problem it is simply the process of buying domains.

I wish you every success in selling your domain at the auction.
