Hi all,
New to this community, Anyone Facing Godaddy Auction Payment Problem like me?

I sold domain on 12 August 2016 and my Payment Release date was 31 August.
Still didn't get my payment, Every time I contact to their auction mail they took 3-5 days to reply me without solving the issue.

From last two months I'm contacting with them but they didn't send my money. Just saying they will solve the issue and send money.

Can anyone suggest my anything?

30 september I already opened a ticket, but didn't receive any update, their auction mail send reply 3-4 days later with a simple line without solving the issue.

That seems like you are contacting the general support. The auctions support response is very quick. You can contact them directly using [email protected]. If they need to trace the payment with the accounting team and various payment partners/banks, trace a check to see if/when it was cashed, etc that can take a few days depending on the countries involved, banks, etc. But they will let you know that if that is the case. Try emailing them directly.

First thanks for your reply, I always send mail to that email for this issue. They always delay.

10 month ago I have a problem with auctions payment. and After two months investigation they find out that I didn't reach the minimum for wire transfer(How Funny).
