Script on Warez Boards

Now I would not like to lose my control but I am very very angry.

I made a script and was selling it commercially. Before I even earn my first $100 from it. The warez boards are now having it.

I also locked the script and it was believed to be the most fool proof technique of locking. But I don;t know how, it just went there.

Anyway can someone let me know how can I contact rapid share and tell them to stop hosting my nulled script.

I am not familiar with rapid share so am not sure but in all honesty they have the script if you take it down on rapid share then they can put it up elsewhere. But if you do wish to contact them if no link is on their page try emailling the whois email.

Your best bet would be to try and find how they got it (presumably someone who bought the script gave it to them).

Also if there are any features that you can add do that and release a new version.

Out of interest what type of script was it and what were your techniques for locking it.

As far as i know, you can contact rapidshare whist downloading...there used to be a link on the footer of all pages to report illigal files. You may be able to goto their public FTP and remove it yourself, however i doubt it.

I would advise you use ioncube and phpaudit if you can. This helps reduce piracy, encrypt several key files then using phpaudit you can make each site have a unique license key.
