Okay well my hosting company is a post 2 host place for hosting. We recently closed 2 sites/suspended their site with nulled vBulletin, of course vBulletin and their ISP was contacted however, could I sue them or charge them for breaching my Terms Of Service. It states:
Examples of unacceptable content or links:

pirated software
hacker programs or archives
Warez sites

NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A $50.00 CANCELLATION/BREACHING TOS FEE WILL APPLY. ADDITIONALLY, NWH: Networks WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF YOUR ACTIONS.
Do you think I have a case? I know for sure of one of them using a illegal vBulletin as he told me on MSN, and I did save my convo with him, and the convo that my staff team and I had with him.

Why bother for $50/$100 unless vB is suing you?

Is it worth the hassle you'll have to go through?

Good luck getting any money out of people who use a post2host service in the first place.
