Per many previous messages, please DM me any ticket numbers you want me to take a look at. We do not discuss domain or account specifics in this public thread.

@alcy - Domains leaves at the 30 day mark. There was an issue last week that caused this to be delayed by a few days but had no impact other than giving users a few more days of use.

@zomainhacks - We do not currently publish a list of all domains listed in the marketplace but are considering it for a future todo item.

I’d just learnt from Dan.com that if domains (registered at Sav) are sold at Dan cannot be transferred?? Pls advise.

To those who transferred domains out of Sav, how long does it usually take for the "pending transfer" status to appear? Thanks!

@Nick R - I'm getting one message per day, every day, from Afternic. I need to opt-in for FT for about 10 names, which are already opted-in . Any idea? Deleting the names from Afternic and adding them again does not solve the problem.

@alcy - Most domains (when allowed by the backend/registry) are renewable for 30 days after expiration then may go to an expiring auction before being put into a pendingDelete status.

@pinkdragon - We are aware of this and have had multiple people reach out about the same email. Since Fast Transfer requires transferring a domain, the domain must have been registered for at least 60 days to start the transfer. This daily email goes out when a domain that was registered less than 60 days ago is attempted to be opted-in. We are working with Afternic to try to clear this up.

may go into exp auction? I don't get it..which ones do or dont? or u just flip a coin?

Yes. Can push another account, money back period after.

Registration after, 3-4 days grace period. Domain can delete and refund money....

Customer support send mail ( grace period, delete request ) they deleted and refund money ( some cut money, I think icann fee )

Don't know ( not have big experience )
Only one domain deleted ( 6 months ago ), they solved tickets within 24 hr and refund immediately ( same payment card ).

I applied for few refunds domains couple hours ago (after @jmaurya’s post) and I just recd email from PayPal saying they are refunded! Very happy with their service so far!

yea consider yerself lucky..most of us wait 5 days.for ticket reply. everytime

or maybe u just get priority service cause u work there.
