Hello!

Never thought I'd get to post in this thread so soon about a sale :D I GUESS NOW IM AN OFFICIAL DOMAINER HAHAHA!

Domain: C/u/d/d/l/e/I/t/./c/o/m
Appraisal: No one on NamePros responded in my appraisal thread, but I asked some nice peeps by PM. :) They said $500.

How I got the sale: I emailed like 30 or 50 toy stores and pet shops. Two people responded like 1 - 2 weeks later. I started out with a $1,000 offer (since the NameBios data eluded to that price). One potential buyer got turned off I guess and said: "Thanks not interested." And didn't reply after I asked if he would counteroffer.

Second buyer said he'd pay no more than $250, then gave my namebio & namepros rationale, and countered with $300. He said he'd be nice and meet halfway and do $275.

Sale Price: $275
HandReg'd on GD.

Started domaining 7/05/16 and spent total: $490.70
With this sale, my ROI is: -$215

I still have like 100 domains to sell :D. If they all sell for $200, woooooooot.

Thanks for all the help guys!

nice patience!

Agree that patience is key!

With emerging-tech names, be it VR/robot/cloud/etc... I think you need to give yourself at least a 3-to-5 year time-line... (That's why they call it Domain "investing!" ;))
